Terms and Conditions

The company hereinafter refers to the provider of services or products.

The customer hereinafter refers to the recipient of services or products.

The order hereinafter refers to the agreement between the company and customer.

The paper, product or service hereinafter refers to the paper, research document or other service or product provided by the company.

This document contains the complete agreement and all terms and conditions associated or applicable upon the company and the customer by mutual consent.

Customer Agreement:

Order placement by a customer with our company implies that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this user agreement. You accept that you have read the terms and conditions in detail and have understood them in their entirety. If you require any clarification regarding any term or condition, you should make a request prior to acceptance of this user agreement. You acknowledge that the company makes no claim or guarantee that our services or products will affect your grade either positively or negatively. Our services and products are strictly a reference only that is tailored according to your requirements and guidelines.

Payment Agreement:

By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer authorizes the company to charge the customer’s credit card, or alternative payment method, for the agreed monetary price in exchange for the company’s services and products. The customer agrees with the total payment mentioned on the order invoice that has been issued by the company to the customer.

Delivery Deadlines and Cause for Delay:

Billing Verification: The customer is solely responsible for providing correct and authentic billing information to the company. Any request by the company for verification of billing information should be responded to promptly. Our verification policies ensure that the customer’s billing information does not violate our anti‐fraud policy. The company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by inaccurate billing information or failure or prompt communication by the customer in this regard.

Contact via Email Communication: Communication by email is an efficient and reliable way for communication between the company and the customer. The customer is responsible for checking emails regularly on the email provided when the order was placed. Our writer or project manager will contact the customer through email in case of any questions, concerns or additional instructions. The company will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by poor communication by the customer. Customer neglect will not be entertained as a basis for refund.

Contact via Phone: The customer must provide a valid phone number on the order form. The company might use the phone number for immediate clarification of requirements for the order. The company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by invalid phone numbers or if the customer does not answer the company’s phone calls. Customer neglect will not be entertained as a basis for refund.

Editing:

Any changes made to the requirements, scope and guidelines of the order by the customer will be considered editing. Editing requests will change order delivery deadlines accordingly. Editing services will incur relevant charges that will be charged to the customer and will not fall under the Free Revision Policy of the company.

Failure to provide clear instructions:

It is the duty of the customer to provide clear and precise instructions. The company does not place any warrantee or guarantee on its services and products if the customer does not provide clear and precise instructions when the initial order is placed. The following schedule applies to instructions provided by the customer:

  • For orders that require a lead time of 48hours to 14days, the complete requirements, scope and guidelines must be received by the company within 8hours of the customer’s order.
  • For orders that require a lead time of 12 to 24hours, the complete requirements, scope and guidelines must be received by the company within 1hour of the customer’s order.
  • For orders that require a lead time of 12hours, the complete requirements, scope and guidelines must be received by the company within 30minutes of the customer’s order.

Failure by the customer in providing clear and precise instructions in accordance with the given schedule is a violation of this user agreement. By violating this agreement, the customer forfeits any claim to any warranty or guarantee of the company.

Refund Policy:

The customer has the right to request a partial or full refund if they are not satisfied with the services and products of the company. Such cases will be reviewed by the Quality Assurance Department of the company and a decision will be declared. The customer has agreed to be bound by the decision of Quality Assurance Department by accepting this user agreement. The company has the right to approve or reject any refund request made by a customer. The company will review each case individually.

To request a refund, the customer must submit a formal request within 96 hours of the order delivery. If no refund request is received within the 96 hour period, it is understood that the customer is fully satisfied with the delivered work. No refund requests can be entertained after the 96 hour period.

Free Revision Policy:

According to the company’s Free Revision Policy, the customer can, and must, contact the company and place a formal request free of charge within 21 days after the delivery of the order. In case of larger projects (theses, research proposals or dissertations) the company at its own discretion may extend the Free Revision period to 40 days after delivery of the order. The Free Revision Policy is to ensure complete customer satisfaction and is a service free of charge.

The customer cannot revise the requirements, scope or guidelines when submitting a Free Revision Request. The instructions and assignments given by the customer when placing the order will remain the requirements, scope and guidelines for the revision as well.

If a customer does not contact the company within the 21 day period, it is understood and agreed that the customer is fully satisfied with the services and products provided by the company. No Free Revision requests will be entertained after the 21 day period.

However, the company is committed to provide its customers complete satisfaction. If a customer misses the 21 day deadline, the company has the option of allowing the customer to amend the order and request a revision for a nominal fee charged by the company.

Order Cancellation Policy:

The customer can cancel the order at any time provided that the company’s writer has not begun working on the paper. All cancellation requests need to be submitted formally to the company in writing through email.

The company has the right to accept or reject a cancellation request in accordance to the terms and conditions of this user agreement. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis by the company.

Matching Academic Level:

The customer is responsible for selecting the appropriate academic level when placing the order with the company. The customer is solely responsible for their selection regardless if an error was accidental or intentional. In case of an error the customer should contact the company’s customer support service immediately. If the order is revised, the deadline will also be revised.

Changing the academic level will result in a change is the cost for the service or product. The customer

agrees to submit any additional fee. The company will only start work on the order after additional

payment has been received and confirmed.

Specification of Sources:

In cases where the information sources required for the customer’s order are rare, obscure or not available to the general public, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the company with the relevant information material. The customer must provide the material according to the following schedule:

  • For orders that require a lead time of 48 hours to 10 days, all information material must be

received by the company within 8hours of the customer’s order.

  • For orders that require a lead time of 12 to 24 hours, all information material must be received

by the company within 1hour of the customer’s order.

  • For orders that require a lead time of 12 hours, all information material must be received by the company within 30minutes of the customer’s order.

Failure by the customer in providing information material in accordance with the given schedule is a violation of this user agreement. By violating this agreement, the customer forfeits any claim to any warranty or guarantee of the company.

Payment:

The company will not begin work on a customer’s order until full payment has been received and confirmed. The company is not responsible for any delays in delivery if the customer fails to make the complete payment on time.

Disclaimer:

Although the company works hard to provide the highest standards of customer satisfaction, it is not responsible for any delivery issues that are caused by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Mail filtered by the customers spam blocker
  • Incorrect email address submitted on the order form
  • Customer’s limitations in access to the internet
  • Any other neglect on the customer’s part

The customer is fully responsible to have up‐to‐date software and provide authentic and functioning contact information.

The company’s customer service department is available round‐the‐clock to help customers with any delivery related issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the customer service in time if the order is not delivered on time. If the order is not received by the deadline, the customer has the right to request a partial or full refund. The company reserves the right to accept or reject refund appeals made by customers. Each case will be handled individually.

If the customer fails to comply with their responsibilities as mentioned in the agreement, it is understood and agreed that the customer has forfeited any claim to any implied warranty or guarantee.

Legal Tender:

It is illegal to use a stolen credit card. Any such case will be directly reported to relevant authorities including State and Federal Authorities. The company considers assisting law enforcement agencies against cyber‐crime a binding responsibility. All illegal and fraudulent orders will be reported and pursued to the full legal extent.

Customer Acknowledgement:

By placing an order with the company, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions mentioned in this document completely. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and the company.

The customer agrees that they are not eligible for any warranty beyond the terms and conditions mentioned in this document.

The customer acknowledges that the company services and products delivered to them are solely for reference purposes and are not meant to be submitted as finished work. The only purpose of the services and products offered by the company is to help customers in producing their own original assignments.

The customer assumes full responsibility that they have researched and abide by the laws of their state, territory and country, regarding the purchase and subsequent use of academic writing assistance and related services provided by the company. If the customer does not completely understand the laws of their state or territory regarding our services and products, please contact a relevant legal entity of your government before submitting an order to the company.

The customer is alerted to and must agree to the following conditions: By submitting your order to the company you have agreed that the services and products delivered to you by the company will be used only as a unique reference and no other purpose. If the services or products delivered to you by the company are used for any purpose other than as unique reference material, the customer assumes full responsibility of violating the terms and conditions of this user agreement. The customer fully understands that any resulting liability caused by violating this user agreement is completely their responsibility.

We cannot and do not guarantee at any level that editing, formatting and proofreading services will be free of plagiarism. The company will not review or scan content for plagiarism that has not been written by us. No refunds will be made if a proofread or formatted paper is found to be plagiarized.

The company takes the privacy of its customers very seriously. The company does not use cookies for personalizing visits on its websites or for any other purpose.

We have the right to contact our customers through email for information regarding new services, special offers, discounts and any other information we consider to be useful for our customers.
