An open culture will encourage students to share their ideas and knowledge, educators and parents should help them to develop an open culture in which the values and norms emphasize the importance of sharing knowledge and experience. On the other hand it promotes trust and motivates students to learn and acquire new knowledge (Alderman, 2004). This means devising competency frameworks for learning and personal development purposes which include knowledge-sharing through practice and an example as a key behavior (Student Motivation To Learn, 2000). Such a competency could be defined as the disposition to share knowledge fully and will¬ingly with other members of the community.

As the most important educators role is to advise on the design and development of practical knowledge which facilitate knowl¬edge sharing through networks and communities of practice (groups of students who share common concerns about aspects of their work), and teamwork. Learning within practical framework helps to ensure that the knowledge generated by such developments is spread around as widely as possible to those who might put it to good use. It is possible to agree with D. Rich that individual learning ensures that knowledge is recorded and appropriately used by students. The key benefit is the practical knowledge acquired through interaction between people. “That comes from inside of us, from our experience, both in and outside the school walls” (Rich, 2005). For this reason, motivation is the main tool of educators and parents to ‘force’ their children to learn.

It is possible to note that professional judgment is perhaps the most far-reaching and complex parameter of all in motivation and learning processes. Every educator and teacher should be responsible for his professional judgment she/he makes concerning students performance and their level of personal development. Judgment and appraisal of learning activities are also should be taken into account by parents and educators in order to inspire and motivate their kids.

In sum, through knowledge and education students “borrow” their ideas from the past. In other term, knowledge and education help to develop new practical knowledge on the basis of the existing one making people free from old technologies and views of their peers. Without practice and self-learning students could not benefit from outside worlds depending on their limited world perception. Freedom of choice is the main priority given by education and knowledge, but it should be directed by educators and parents helping students to perform well. Without the direct participation of students and their desire to learn, educational power cannot be pushed to its full potential.
